Blog writing services

Monthly blogs to keep you visible

Somehow Laura manages to capture in writing exactly what is in the brief. The content flows well, makes sense and doesn’t require any intervention from me - which makes me more than happy!

What to expect

  • A blog each month of ~600 words

  • Two rounds of amendments included

  • Also included is a social post and a short summary to introduce the content in your newsletter. After all, it's about being visible...

Choose a timeframe that suits you and post consistently over 3 or 6 months.

How it works

  1. Briefing: I'll send you a briefing questionnaire each month. Answer a few simple questions...

  2. Writing: ...and that's it! I'll go away and write the blog. It'll be out of your hair, off your plate, scratched off the to-do list...

  3. Visibility: Give the nod of approval and it’s yours to post on your website, promote on social media, and send to your email list…

As easy as 1, 2, 3.

Payment - will you invoice me?

Even better, payment is collected by Direct Debit via GoCardless. The whole blog-writing process, even down to the admin, is designed to be fuss-free from start to finish. No messing around with invoice numbers and bank transfers. Yippee!

Minimum faff, maximum effect

That’s the name of the game. I’ve taken what I’ve learnt over years of publishing content regularly for myself and built a process you benefit from. No English degree needed!

Two options

Choose to sign up for either 3 or 6 months and be consistently visible.

The investment

From £385 per month.

The important details

A quick and easy process

Regular blogs, done for you

I like working with Laura - briefing is simple and quick, and her copy is sharp, compelling and to the point.

Most copywriters can write well, yet few can encapsulate the essence of a proposition into just a few words.

FAQs

What about the Tone of Voice – will it sound like me?

It certainly will! Confirm the tone you’d like and I’ll ensure it sounds like you. Professional copywriters are used to writing in the voice of different brands, it’s a well-practised skill.

Is blogging still relevant?

Definitely. There is a raft of reasons, aside from being good for SEO. A well-written blog shows authority and expertise. Write an evergreen blog and you’ll have content you can refer to for years (that’s a pretty clever investment). Plus, a blog that lives on your website is yours. It belongs to you, unlike the rented space on social media. I talk in greater depth about blogging vs. social media in this video.

I don’t have the time

Fantastic! The blog-writing service is designed to be as undemanding on your time as possible. A quick briefing process to define the blog’s objectives at the start of each month, a read-through of the copy to give feedback and a nod to sign it off. That’s all that’s needed. And in return you get a fresh new blog, delivered each month.

I don’t have a mailing list

Do you have a website? If the answer is yes, blogging is an asset. My article ‘Why blog writing for business is a worthwhile investment’ outlines the benefits of blogging, whether or not you send out a newsletter.

Who would be interested in my blogs?

Your clients. The people who are interested in working with you. Prospective collaborators and employees. Anyone interested in your field of expertise, and who has a pain that could be solved by what you offer would benefit from hearing what you have to say.

I only want one blog

The blog-writing service is available for 3 or 6 months. The idea is to have a regular flow of content rather than sporadic posting. It’s about helping business owners like you be seen often. One-off blogs have a place in a wider content strategy; this service is about consistency.

Hands up who's great at every task on their to-do list?

I'd hazard a guess that most people love to do what they're good at.

The other parts? Not so much! So if you've ever put off content and procrastinated over blog writing, you're not alone.

I get it! As a small business owner myself, I understand how daunting it is to tackle the things that aren't my skill set.

That's why I created the blog-writing service. To help businesses stay visible with quality content, keep in touch with their audiences, and allow them to focus on what they're good at.

I've helped lots of businesses do just that over the last six years. I'd love to do the same for you!
